Hozhou
I-54 starts its journey east from I-25 through Hozhou(formerly independent town of Woodstock) for about 190 m until it crosses the Enseear River into the city of Pittscumber.
Pittscumber
Once I-54 crosses into Pittscumber, it stays in the boundaries for about 350 m till it reaches its eastern edge.
Neu Frisia County
As I-54 enters into Neu Frisia County, one no longer passes through any nearby buildings, thus it is a freeway for about 300 m till it reaches the interchange with I-55 as its eastern terminus.
