The original Gomfyvillage was made in the summer of 2023 by a guy named Botka, hence the county name. After that, the server in which the original town rested in shutted down. After many months, crlowman documented its existence as a essence of inspiration to remake the place on dulmCraft. A new Gomfyvillage was founded on December 8th, 2023, on crlowman's mom's birthday.

Unlike the original, the new town faces a west coast. Another difference in between the old and new is that the new is built in a forest biome; the original was built in a plains biome.
