Juolfxardia started out by the namesake juolfxard in Old Henford(now called Superion) in 2024. After a while, crlowman made a new town called Henford east of Superion east of the -4000 line set in 2024 by the Dulmia World Congress, but had a change of mind.

Juolfxardia is located in the western part of the Dulmia continent on the dulmCraft server. It currently has two counties in its boundaries: Superion and Henford. The main body of water of its southeastern coast is the Gulf of Breda.

Juolfxardia's culture is primarily based upon the Midwest, specifically Michigan.
